is National Physical Therapy Month. Educational displays describing the benefits of physical therapy will be in the front lobby of Harris Regional Hospital through Saturday, Oct. 7. In connection with the monthlong celebration, a free water aerobi-s class for arthritis patients will be held Wednesday, Oct. 11, from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. The class is open to the public.
ALIGNMENT OF SUN ...
and satellites may cause temporary picture loss for cable customers across the country through mid-October. The disturbance is caused when the sun lines up directly behind the satellites, and the dish receivers cannot read the signal correctly. Our local cable company, Mediacom, plans to remind customers of the sun outages via messages on local channels and let them know there is no need to call repair service numbers. Most outages will occur between 2 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. and will affect different satellite channels at various times, a company spokesman said.
