SNAKE OIL MEDICINE SHOW...
brings its unique blend of styles, dance rhythms and visual stimulation to Crossroads this Friday, Feb. 25, for a 9:30 p.m. show. The band doesn't hesitate to explore all musical influences, often incorporating bluegrass with jazz, pop, swing, reggae, ragtime, urban funk and hip-hop. "Music in all forms is the soul of Snake Oil, and improvisation is the glue by which our styles are fused. The goal of each member is to convey positive emotions and ideals to our audience through art and music," a band member said. Tickets for this one-of-a-kind performance are $8 ($6 with a college ID) and will be available at the door. Hurricane Creek will open Friday's show.
