J.R. Gamble paced the Royals with 21 points and five assists. Carlos Andrade scored 20 while Robert Kellog and Chris Benson both had 14. Kellog was his team's top rebounder with 13. "It was a good team effort, a good coaching effort and a good team win," Coach Phil Hopkins said. The Cats scored the game's first seven points and never fell behind although Queens managed to pull even twice.
