Student athlete physical exams to be July 18

Sylva Pediatrics and Smoky Mountain High School will sponsor athletic physicals for students Wednesday, July 18, from 6-8 p.m.

The exams, which will be given at Sylva Pediatrics, are open to all rising ninth- through 12th-graders, and each athlete must be accompanied by a guardian. All participants must fill out a pre-physical form, available at SMHS.
