Steve and Angie Tilley of Whittier. Carisa Bryanne Tilley, weighing 4 pounds, 11 ounces, and Samantha Paige Tilley, weighing 4 pounds, 3 ounces, were born Dec. 22.

Mark and Melody Parker of Cherokee. Dustin Phillips Parker was born on Dec. 19, weighing 6 pounds, 11 ounces.

Isaac and Krystal Baumgarner of Cashiers. Hunter Gabriel Baumgarner was born on Dec. 19, weighing 6 pounds, 11 ounces.

Clay and Carrie Bryson of Cashiers. Devin Hoyt Bryson was born on Dec. 20, weighing 8 pounds, 5 ounces.
