Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Parker Seago-Parker
Judith Carol Seago of Sylva and Jerry Robert Parker of Cullowhee were united in marriage at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 20, at Hillside amphitheater on the mountain above Judaculla Rock on Caney Fork in Cullowhee.
Sarah Ogletree performed the ceremony.
Wedding music was by Sabrina Kumar of Dillsboro (flute) and William Ritter of Sylva (guitar).
The groom is the son of Marie Leatherwood of Sylva.
The bride was attended by her daughters, Paige Seago of Beaver Dam, Wis., and Elayna Seago of Danville, Ky.
The groom was attended by his daughters, Megan Parker and Jennifer Havrid, both of Fort Collins, Colo.
A reception was held following the ceremony at the wedding site.
The bride is employed by Mission Children’s Sylva as a physician.
The groom is employed by Walgreens of Franklin as a pharmacist.
A wedding trip to Nepal is planned for October/November.
The couple will make their home in Cullowhee.
