Danielle Cansler and Jeremy Harris, both of Sylva, were united in marriage during a 6 p.m. ceremony Saturday, Nov. 7, at First Baptist Church of Franklin.
The Rev. Ned Pressely performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Dan Cansler and Judy and Steve Cody, all of Sylva.
The groom is the son of Michael and Margie Harris, also of Sylva.
Heather Hill served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Chessa Hoyle, Chelsea Elders and Traci Allison.
The groom’s father served as the best man. Groomsmen were Jake Revis, Chad Harris and Dan Coward.
The bride is a graduate of Western Carolina University, where she received a bachelor of science degree in communication with a concentration in public relations. She is employed with WCU in the Office of Admissions.
The groom is employed with Norfolk Southern Railway.
After a wedding trip to the Caribbean, the couple will make their home in Sylva.
