smhs signs seniors

N.C. 107 in front of Smoky Mountain High School was  lined with signs honoring a senior class that’s had to miss the spring traditions associated with high school. The school will host a Senior Parade today (Thursday) from 6-8 p.m.

Kudos for efforts to recognize the accomplishments and challenges of the 200 Smoky Mountain High School seniors who are living through a senior year unlike any other. On Monday signs, now slated to be moved to the library, for every senior were placed outside SMHS. For more photos and coverage, look to the front page of today’s Herald.
