Builders Association honors Hub student

The Smoky Mountain Home Builders Association recently recognized Tommy Farmer of the Jackson County School of Alternatives (the Hub) for excelling in his vocation trades classes. He was recommended for the honor by his instructor, Ben Hardin. The association said he went above and beyond the requirements in the classroom. He received a bucket of tools from local vendors for his efforts.
