Anne Fulbright, a certified physician assistant, has joined Harris Cardiology at Harris Regional Hospital.

Fulbright will work with Dr. Frederick Dressler and Dr. Scott Westermeyer in providing cardiology care to the region.

Fulbright received a Master of Medical Science, physician assistant studies, from Methodist University after obtaining a master’s degree from Duke University that focused on health policy and medicine.

Fulbright has worked in both the inpatient and outpatient settings at cardiology practices and hospitals in Jackson, Tennessee, Chapel Hill and Durham, and most recently practiced in Asheville.

“I am fortunate to be a part of Harris Cardiology and Duke LifePoint because of the excellence, latest technologies, safety and quality, as well as the focus on good patient relationships,” Fulbright said. “My practice philosophy entails getting to know patients and what is important to them. I have a special interest in prevention, and I do my best to explain things. We develop a plan together, including lifestyle, and I love seeing patients get healthier.”
