United Christian Ministries is holding the #FiveFruits challenge to ask folks to donate cans or single-serve packages of fruit, such as mandarin oranges, apple sauce, fruit cocktail and peaches. All donations go directly to Jackson County residents facing food insecurity. Donations may be dropped off at the donation cart inside Food Lion or Harold’s, or brought to UCM at 191 Skyland Drive.
