Another great recipe that's perfect for a delicious family dinner or pot luck. This is really pretty easy to make and true Italian comfort food! Pair with a fresh garden salad and hot out of the oven bread.

1 box of jumbo shells

1 lb ground Italian sausage

16 oz cream cheese

1 pkg. frozen spinach (optional)

¼ cup Parmesan cheese

42 oz spaghetti sauce

1 ½ cup shredded cheese, Monterey jack or cheddar

Cook shells according to package. Cook spinach in microwave and drain well. Brown sausage, drain. Add cream cheese, spinach, and Parmesan cheese to sausage and mix well. Spread ¾ cup of sauce over bottom of 13x9 inch baking pan. Fill shells with sausage/cream cheese mixture and place in baking pan open side up. Cover shells with remaining sauce and shredded cheese. Bake at 350 until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
