These golden, melt-in-your-mouth potatoes make a delicious side that go perfectly with roast beef, ham, or any other favorite main dishes.

4 large baking potatoes

2 tablespoons butter, melted

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

Scrub potatoes clean or peel and then cut into large chunks. Place in 2 quart baking dish. Drizzle with butter; toss to coat. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
