Bacon Broccoli Salad

1 head broccoli

1/2 cup chopped red onion

8 ounces Cheddar cheese, cut into small chunks

2 tablespoons vinegar

1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes

6-8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/2 cup raisins

1 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sugar

Cut the head of broccoli into florets. Place in a large bowl. Add bacon, onion, raisins, and cheese. In a small bowl mix remaining ingredients, stir well. Add to broccoli mixture and toss. Makes 6-8 servings.
