Enjoy this delicious coconut pie that’s so easy to make because there’s no crust to prepare since it makes it's own. It's easy and yummy!

1/2 stick butter, melted

1 3/4 cups sugar

2 cups milk

1/2 cup flour, self-rising

7 ounces coconut

1 teaspoon vanilla

4 eggs, well beaten

Mix sugar and flour together. Then mix the rest of the ingredients into the sugar/flour mixture. Pour into 2 foil pans that have been greased. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until light brown.
