This easy and delicious appetizer is perfect for any occasion. Hot and creamy baked Brie and this spice blend create a robust flavor combination that is sure to please.

1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon ground mustard

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1 round sourdough bread loaf

1 teaspoon softened butter

1 wheel (8 ounces) Brie Cheese

Mix spices and sugar. Set aside. Place bread on baking sheet. Cut circle in top of bread and remove center to make room for the wheel of Brie. Spread butter on bread then sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of the spice mixture. With knife, make 2 inch cuts at 1 inch intervals around edge of bread. Remove rind from Brie and place in bread. Sprinkle Brie with remaining spice mixture. Replace top of bread. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes. To serve remove top of bread and break into bite-size pieces. Dip bread pieces into hot Brie.
