Your family will love this easy to make delicious chicken casserole. A true quintessential American comfort food that can be made is less than an hour.

1 - 10 3/4 ounce of 98% fat free cream of chicken soup, undiluted

1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 cups cooked chicken, cubed (about 2 boneless, skinless breasts)

1 small onion, chopped

1/4 cup chopped green pepper

1/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper

1 cup fat free shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese

12 ounces medium egg noodles, cooked and drained

In a large bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Add the chicken, onion, peppers, half of each cheeses, mix well. Add noodles and toss to coat. Transfer to a sprayed casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for another 10 minutes or until vegetables are soft. 6 servings
