This is one of the easiest one-dish meals ever! Just brown the ground beef, layer the veggies, and pop it in the oven. Add a fresh garden salad for a perfect mid-week family meal.

1 1/2 pounds lean hamburger

1 cup sliced carrots

1 cup sliced potatoes

1 cup sliced onions

3/4 cup diced celery

1 can kidney beans, drained

1 can lima beans, drained

1 can tomato soup

1 can tomato sauce

2 cups shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown hamburger, drain and spread into a 9x13 casserole dish. Next, layer raw vegetables starting with carrots, then potatoes, onions, and celery. Layer kidney beans and lima beans. Mix together tomato soup and tomato sauce then pour over the top of the veggies. Bake for about 1 hour. Remove from oven and top with shredded cheese - return to oven and let cheese melt.
