The Jackson County Public Library is hosting Jenna Kranz from Uncomplicated Kitchen at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 17.
She will teach patrons how to make pasta sauce. Pasta sauce is a quick and easy way to jazz up any meal (not just pasta). Kranz will teach attendees how to turn affordable produce into snazzy sauce. This program is in the Atrium and is free of charge. However, sign-up is required as space is limited.
Uncomplicated Kitchen is a nonprofit organization based in Sylva with a mission to teach community members how to plan meals, shop for ingredients and cook healthy, simple and affordable recipes.
