The Sylva Photo Club’s program on Saturday is for anyone who just got into photography or would like a refresher on how to improve their photographic skills.
It will be held from 2-4 p.m. at the Cullowhee United Methodist Church on the Western Carolina campus.
All are welcome as this program applies to all types of cameras, be they advanced, point and shoot or cell phone cameras. Meetings are free for first-time guests of members. For non-members, the cost is only $5, which will be applied to their annual dues of $20.
This program will be presented by Tony Wu, retired professional photographer, photography instructor and founder of the Sylva Photo Club. If there are interests after the meeting, experienced photo club members will stick around to answer general or technical questions from visitors, guests or members.
The topic for members sharing their photographs during the latter part of the meeting is: “Winter?”
There will be a drawing for a 16 GB SD memory card at the end of the meeting for all attending.
