Heather Marie Buchanan, 34, Sylva – failure to appear four counts second-degree trespass and FTA misdemeanor larceny.

Angel Marie Brown, 29, – Waynesville; possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine.

Dakota Cody Watty, 30, Tuckasegee –  Possession of methamphetamine and possess drug paraphernalia.

Karen Guadalupe Flores, 22, Franklin – possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine; possession of methamphetamine; two counts possession of drug paraphernalia; order for arrest for no operator’s license and no plate displayed; OFA possess drug paraphernalia and probation violation.

Devonte Vashone Fulgham, 27, Whittier – governor’s warrant from Arkansas .

Shelby James Davis, 28, Cashiers – FTA communicating threats; FTA second-degree trespass; FTA injury to real property; FTA felony breaking and or entering; FTA resist public officer; FTA possess stolen motor vehicle; FTA felony larceny of motor vehicle.

Ronald Dennis Littrell, 44, Sylva – assault on a female domestic violence hold.

Kevin Woody Johnson, 53, Cherokee – failure to wear seat belt; possess drug paraphernalia and possess methamphetamine.

Kelli Amanda Evans, 48, Kennesaw, Georgia – FTA simple possess Schedule IV controlled substance.

Chadwick Errol George, 46, Whittier – plant conservation act violation and larceny of ginseng.

Esteban Vasallo Corteguera, 48, Cullowhee – possess drugs without prescription and possession of Schedule II controlled substance.

Whisper Nicole Cogdill, 26, Sylva – FTA misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia; FTA misdemeanor possession of stolen goods/property.

Charles Bernard Kiser, 32, Sylva – FTA driving while license revoked; FTA speeding.

Irene Polly Watty, 25, Webster – FTA possession of drug paraphernalia; FTA possession with intent to manufacture/sale/deliver methamphetamine; FTA maintaining vehicle/dwelling/place for the sale of controlled substance.

Ryan Keith Watty, 25, Sylva, – FTA driving while license revoked secured; FTA speeding; obtaining property by false pretense.

David Gerald Mathis, 34, Sylva – child support purge. 

William Donald Cline, 28, Cherokee – possession of stolen property; obtain property false pretense.

Joann Ana Rosa, 36, Cashiers ─ simple assault.

Kenneth James Scott, 45, Whittier – fugitive other state warrant possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.

Daniel Edward William Stanfield, 26, Otto – possession of methamphetamine.
