The following persons were arrested by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office between Nov. 25 and Dec. 1. 

Anthony Travis Arrwood, 33, Cullowhee, possession of stolen goods, failure to appear larceny, FTA breaking or entering a motor vehicle, violating a court order, misdemeanor larceny, larceny of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, breaking and entering a motor vehicle, driving while license revoked, minor equipment violation, covering a vehicle registration sticker, resist delay and obstruct, conspiring to break or enter a building, felony larceny, forcible breaking and entering, larceny, and damaging a coin-operated machine.

Charles Alden Brooks, 17, Sylva, failure to appear two counts damage to property, consume alcohol by person less than 19, breaking and entering a motor vehicle, felony conspiracy, obtaining property by false pretense.

Stacy Burton, 36, Franklin, failure to appear school attendance law violation.

Cassandra Chey Fox, 23, Cullowhee, aid and abet larceny.

Christopher Todd Jones, 33, Sylva, failure to appear assault on a female.

Elijah Wayne King, 41, Clyde, communicating threats, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of a schedule III controlled substance and order for arrest larceny by changing price tag.

Timothy Scott Lawrence, 32, Cullowhee, larceny after breaking and entering and breaking and entering of a motor vehicle.

Donnie David Luker, 42, Tuckasegee, possession of firearm by a felon.

Carol Dean Moore, 58, Sylva, true bill of indictment obstructing justice.

John Preston Rickman, 32, Cherokee, possession of stolen goods/property and misdemeanor larceny.

Jackie Kevin Shelton, 46, Waynesville, forcible breaking and entering, assault by strangulation, assault on a female, assault on a child under 12, child abuse, communicating threats and injury to real property.

Christian Ryan Sammons, 26, Cullowhee, driving while license revoked not impaired, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine.

Leona Boston Spears, 68, Whittier, simple assault.

Jessica Caitland Strickland, 30, Henderson, assault on a government official and resist delay and obstruct.
