An administrative term of Jackson County Superior Court convened Nov. 13 at the Justice Center with Judge Peter Knight presiding.

Results of the term are listed below, with information obtained from records on file with the Jackson County Clerk of Court office. Defendants pleaded guilty unless indicated otherwise. In addition to dismissals, dispositions included:

Travis Ryan Parker, 48, Tuck View, Sylva, possess methamphetamine, sentence of not less than five nor more than 15 days suspended for 24 months and placed on supervised probation on condition he pay costs and report for initial evaluation by TASC, given credit for 27 days served.

Pamela Austin Frady, 47, Royal Fern Drive, Sylva, admitted to two counts of probation violation, on each count probation revoked and sentences of not less than five nor more than 15 months and not less than eight nor more than 19 months activated, given credit for 18 days and eight days served, ordered to pay costs, substance abuse treatment and work release recommended.

Shanice Brianna King, 26, Bryson City, possess controlled substance on prison/jail premises and possess methamphetamine, sentence of not less than eight nor more than 19 months suspended for 24 months and placed on supervised probation on condition she pay costs and obtain substance abuse treatment and mental health evaluation, given credit for 58 days served.

Daniel Alanston Cantrell, 33 Henry Bird Road, Cherokee, admitted to a probation violation, probation terminated.

Jose Luis Zalapa-Silva, 24, Franklin, failure to appear on misdemeanor, sentence of one day, given credit for one day served, ordered to pay costs; possess methamphetamine, placed on supervised probation for 12 months, ordered to pay costs, perform 48 hours community service and report for initial evaluation by TASC.

Cindy Soloman Bryson, 61, Cullowhee, 12 counts of embezzlement, on each count sentence of not less than six nor more than 17 months suspended for 60 months and placed on special supervised probation on condition she serve 16 days active time, make restitution of $141,000 and report for initial evaluation by TASC.

Madison Jay Ronnow, 21, Mooresville, maintain vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance, sentence of 30 days suspended for 12 months and placed on unsupervised probation on condition she pay fine of $50 and costs; possess marijuana, placed on supervised probation for 12 months, ordered to pay costs, make restitution, perform 48 hours community service and obtain substance abuse assessment.

Brandi Danielle Nations, 29, Paul Cooper Road, Whittier, possess drug paraphernalia, sentence of 45 days suspended for 12 months and placed on supervised probation on condition she pay costs and obtain substance abuse assessment; possess methamphetamine, sentencing continued to Oct. 28.

Rachel Rollins Ingraham, 47, Allen Henson Circle, Sylva, solicitation to sell Schedule II controlled substance, sentence of not less than five nor more than 15 months suspended for 24 months and placed on supervised probation on condition she pay costs and obtain substance abuse assessment, given credit for eight days served.

Michael Dewayne Mungo, 27, Waxhaw, sell cocaine, sentence of not less than 13 nor more than 25 months, given credit for 134 days served, ordered to pay costs, substance abuse treatment and work release recommended; another count of sell cocaine, sentence of not less than 13 nor more than 25 months suspended for 24 months and placed on supervised probation on condition he pay costs, make restitution of $3,145 and report for initial evaluation by TASC; two additional counts of sell cocaine, sentence of not less than 13 nor more than 25 months suspended for 24 months and placed on supervised probation on condition he pay costs.

David Lee Snyder Jr., 38, Yorkshire Drive, Sylva, possess Schedule I controlled substance, placed on supervised probation for 12 months, ordered to pay costs, perform 48 hours community service and obtain substance abuse assessment.

Timothy Scott Lawrence Jr., 32, Valor Mountain, Cullowhee, two counts larceny of motor vehicle and two counts break or enter motor vehicle, sentence of not less than eight nor more than 19 months suspended for 24 months and placed on supervised probation on condition he pay costs; another count larceny of motor vehicle, sentence of not less than eight nor more than 19 months suspended for 24 months and placed on supervised probation on condition he pay costs and report for initial evaluation by TASC, given credit for 35 days served.
