Earland Rebel McKay, 43, Tsali Crossing, Cherokee, sex offender on child premises, sentence of not less than 12 nor more than 24 months, given credit for 167 days served, substance abuse assessment, psychiatric and/or psychological counseling, work release and DART program recommended.

Michael Dustin Brooks, 37, Mosaic Lane, Sylva, failure to report new address by sex offender, possess methamphetamine and assault on government official/employee, sentence of not less than 29 nor more than 44 months, given credit for 145 days served, substance abuse assessment, psychiatric and/or psychological counseling, work release and DART program recommended.

Joseph Cain Luker, 24, Walnut Cove Road, Tuckasegee, admitted to a probation violation, sentence of 90 days.

Adrian Ontiveros, 27, Gardenia Lane, Sylva, admitted to three counts of probation violation, sentence of 90 days.
