An administrative term of Jackson County Superior Court convened May 16 at the Justice Center with Judge Marvin Pope presiding.

Results of the term are listed below, with information obtained from records on file with the Jackson County Clerk of Court office. Defendants pleaded guilty unless indicated otherwise. In addition to dismissals and infractions, dispositions included:

Jordan Rae Wolfe, 27, Straight Fork Road, Cherokee, possess controlled substance on prison/jail premises and possess heroin, sentence of not less than six nor more than 17 months suspended for 30 months and placed on supervised probation on condition she pay fine of $100 and costs, perform 50 hours community service and obtain GED and substance abuse assessment, given credit for 84 days served.

Katrina Cook, 34, Sylva, possess methamphetamine, sentence of not less than six nor more than 17 months suspended for 18 months and placed on supervised probation on condition she pay fine of $100 and costs, perform 50 hours community service and obtain GED and substance abuse assessment, given credit for 17 days served.

Michael Anthony George, 28, Sa La Gi Trail, Cherokee, possess drug paraphernalia, placed on supervised probation on condition he pay costs and perform 24 hours community service.

Daniel Blake Duncan, 26, Nicol Arms Road, Sylva, possess cocaine, placed on supervised probation for 12 months on condition he pay costs and perform 24 hours community service.

Jeremy Steed, 44, Levi Mathis Road, Whittier, admitted to a probation violation, original judgment remains in full force and effect.

Maximillian Elisha Johnson, 25, Bamboo Trail, Sylva, possess cocaine, ordered to pay costs, perform 24 hours community service and complete drug education class.

Brandi Danielle Nations, 31, Paul Cooper Road, Whittier, possess methamphetamine, sentence of not less than six nor more than 17 months suspended for 18 months and placed on supervised probation on condition she pay fine of $100 and costs, perform 50 hours community service and obtain GED and substance abuse assessment.

Dustin Hein, 35, Owen Mountain Road, Glenville, admitted to a probation violation, probation extended 12 months.

Brooke Tiffani Clonch, 30, Castle Rock Circle, Sylva, admitted to a probation violation, sentence of 90 days, given credit for 66 days served.

Robert Shannon Mason, 52, Kingsport, Tenn., possess methamphetamine, placed on unsupervised probation for 12 months, ordered to pay costs, complete 24 hours community service and complete drug education class.

Patrick Gerald Gunter, 41, Bryson City, possess stolen firearm and breaking and/or entering, sentence of not less than six nor more than 17 months suspended for 36 months and placed on supervised probation on condition pay fine of $250 and costs, perform 50 hours community service and obtain GED and substance abuse assessment, given credit for 27 days served; possess stolen firearm and conspire to commit larceny, sentence of not less than six nor more than 17 months suspended for 36 months and placed on supervised probation on condition he pay fine of $250 and perform 50 hours community service.

Jeremiah Gentry Gunter, 41, Bidwell Street, Whittier, possess firearm by felon and conspire to commit larceny, sentence of not less than 12 nor more than 24 months suspended for 36 months and placed on supervised probation on condition pay fine of $250 and costs, perform 50 hours community service and obtain GED and substance abuse assessment, given credit for 27 days served; possess stolen firearm and breaking and/or entering, sentence of not less than six nor more than 17 months suspended for 36 months and placed on supervised probation on condition he pay fine of $250 and perform 50 hours community service.

Adrian Artemio Ontiveros Ledezma, 28, Speedwell Road, Cullowhee, possess Schedule II controlled substance, sentence of not less than six nor more than 17 months suspended for 30 months and placed on supervised probation on condition he pay costs, perform 50 hours community service and obtain substance abuse assessment; also admitted to two counts of probation violation, probation extended 30 months, given credit for 78 days served.

Michael Eugene Price, 48, Pointe Drive, Cullowhee, assault inflicting serious injury, sentence of 150 days suspended for 18 months and placed on supervised probation on condition he pay fine of $250 and costs, make restitution of $3,179.99, perform 50 hours community service, have no contact with victims and complete anger management program; assault on a female, sentence of 150 days suspended for 18 months and placed on supervised probation on condition he pay fine of $250 and costs.

Rashonda Lashae Bradley, 34, Dills Branch Road, Sylva, admitted to a probation violation, probation revoked and sentence of not less than five nor more than 15 months activated, given credit for 140 days served.

Charles Alden Brooks, 19, Long Branch Church Road, Sylva, attempt to break/enter a motor vehicle, sentence of 60 days suspended for 12 months and placed on supervised probation on condition he pay fine of $100 and costs, make restitution, perform 50 hours community service and obtain GED and substance abuse assessment, given credit for 37 days served; another count of attempt to break/enter a motor vehicle, sentence of 60 days suspended for 12 months and placed on supervised probation; two counts larceny of motor vehicle, on each count prayer for judgment continued to May 2023.

Edgar Morales Paz, 33, Franklin, appeared on a probation violation, probation terminated.

Frederick Earl Stillwell IV, 23, Duplin Court, Sylva, possess drug paraphernalia, sentence of 45 days suspended for 18 months and placed on supervised probation on condition he pay fine of $100 and costs, perform 50 hours community service and obtain substance abuse assessment, given credit for 12 days served; possess methamphetamine, larceny after breaking/entering and obtain property by false pretense, prayer for judgment continued to May 2023.

Zachary Alexander Wylcher, 28, Brooklyn, N.Y., conspiracy, sentence of not less than six nor more than 17 months suspended for 18 months and placed on supervised probation on condition he pay fine of $500 and costs, make restitution of $13,121.79, work minimum of 20 hours per week, perform 50 hours community service, not be on premises of Harrah’s Cherokee Casino and have no contact with co-defendants.

Dora Alvarado, 50, Toohow Road, Whittier, admitted to a probation violation, probation terminated, given credit for 42 days served.

Travis Lee Collins, 43, Franklin, negligent child abuse with serious physical injury and possess methamphetamine, sentence of not less than 13 nor more than 25 months, given credit for 125 days served, ordered to pay costs, have no contact with victim and obtain mental health assessment/treatment, substance abuse assessment, psychiatric and/or psychology counseling and work release recommended.

Timothy Arthur Wallis, 30, Sylva, breaking and/or entering and larceny after break/enter, prayer for judgment continued for 30 months on condition he pay costs, given credit for 144 days served.

Tony Maurice Green, 57, Tee Pee Drive, Whittier, assault with deadly weapon inflicting serious injury and injury to personal property, sentence of not less than 23 nor more than 40 months, given credit for 90 days served, ordered to pay costs, make restitution of $5,690.30, have no contact with victims and obtain mental health assessment, substance abuse assessment, psychiatric and/or psychology counseling, DART program and work release recommended.

Carl Burris, 44, Zephyrhills, Fla., possess with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine and possess stolen motor vehicle, sentence of not less than 12 nor more than 24 months suspended for 18 months and placed on supervised probation on condition he pay fine of $100 and costs, perform 50 hours community service and obtain GED and substance abuse assessment, given  credit for 86 days served.

Michael Ray Guffey, 72, Garland Buchanan Road, Sylva, third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, sentence of not less than five nor more than 13 months suspended for 36 months and placed on supervised probation on condition he pay fine of $500 and costs, obtain mental health evaluation for sexual conduct, resister as sex offender, submit to satellite-based monitoring and not reside in house with minor child.
