One criminal case was heard July 15 in a Jackson County Superior Court term mainly for civil cases presided over by Judge Brad Letts at the Justice Center.

Diamond Spring Wolfe, 24, Wahnetah Drive, Cherokee, pleaded guilty to two counts possess Schedule I controlled substance, placed on supervised probation for 18 months, ordered to pay fine of $25 and costs and obtain substance abuse treatment from Analenisgi, given credit for 21 days served.
