Crowd turns out for antiques fair

Hundreds turned out for Dillsboro's first-ever antiques fair this past Saturday, and vendors' booths were packed all day. "It was wonderful," said festival co-coordinator LouAnn Smith. "We've never heard so many positive comments after a street fair - it was a hit with everyone." The antiques fair was a "team effort by individuals and businesses, and we appreciate everyone's help," Smith said. - Herald photo by Nick Breedlove
