The Jackson County Swim Team traveled to Brevard Saturday, July 14, to compete against the Transylvania County Swim Team for an early morning meet. TCST came out on top with a team score of 378 points to JCST's 212. TCST boys scored 200 points and the girls scored178. JCST boys scored 97 points and the girls scored 120 points.

The conference meet will be held Saturday, July 21, at the Franklin Recreation Center. Medals will be awarded for first through third places in individual events.

For the All-Stars meet Saturday, July 28, JCST has 20 swimmers qualifying in one to six events. Swimmers can swim four events to compete for high point trophies.
