Set clocks back Saturday night

It's time to "fall back" and pick up the hour of sleep lost last spring when Eastern Standard Time returns at 2 a.m. Sunday.

Clocks should be set back one hour before going to bed Saturday night in order to have the correct time Sunday morning.

N.C. Insurance Commissioner Jim Long urges everyone to change smoke alarm batteries when they reset their clocks.
