Capitol flag to fly

An American flag that previously flew over the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C., is now at home at the Jackson County Sheriff's Department. County Manager Ken Westmoreland, left, presented the flag, which was donated to the county by U.S. Rep. Charles Taylor, and a certificate of authenticity to Sheriff Jim Cruzan Monday.
