During a recent European concert tour, several members of Smoky Mountain Chorale, including local residents Barbara Dooley, Jean Lewis, Chris Friesner and Mike Nichols, were rescued by this Drachenschiff (dragon ship). Back from the 13-day trip, which featured concerts in Zurich, Bern and Interlaken, Switzerland, and Milan, Italy, the chorale will give a free 6 p.m performance Saturday, Aug. 25, in Western Carolina University's Coulter Building recital hall.
