Featured performers in Smoky Mountain High's production of the Lerner and Loewe musical "Brigadoon," which opens tonight (Thursday) at Western Carolina University's Hoey Auditorium, include, from left, Julie Fox, Michael Ayers, Josh Hamilton and Maleah Pusz. Curtain time both tonight and Friday, May 10, is 7:30 p.m. "Brigadoon" is the story of a young couple who meet and fall in love in a small Scottish village that appears for only one day each century. The play is directed by SMHS English teacher Inga Sutton. Tickets, which are on sale at SMHS are $5 for students and $7 for adults.
