Jack Tolley, behind the wheel, brought down the old pavilion last Wednesday (Jan. 30). A new 36-foot by 26-foot pavilion with handicap-accessible restrooms, lights and electricity will be built on a concrete slab at the park and will have six to eight picnic tables. Following the construction, the neighborhood will help with the project, including painting.
