Mayors, board members take oath
|
Three incumbents and two newly-elected board members raised their right hands Dec. 13 and swore to uphold the laws of the town of Sylva. Taking the oath administered by Ann Melton, right, Jackson County assistant clerk of court, are, from left, incumbents Audrey Tritt and Maurice Moody, new members Danny Allen and Eldridge Painter, and incumbent Eldon Cabe.
