Cartwright to head library |
Michael Cartwright, (standing) who took over as Jackson County librarian Aug. 6, assists Fred Neace of Cullowhee with a research project he is conducting this week on the Internet. The Jackson County Public Library is doing a good job offering citizens services, such as Internet access, but "we can do better," Cartwright said. To do that, a new library facility is needed, he said. - Herald photo by Lisa Majors-Duff |
