To get grant for treatment plant, TWSA may have to raise rates - In order to qualify for grant money from the N.C. Clean Water Management Trust Fund, Tuckaseigee Water and Sewer Authority officials may be forced to raise customer rates. TWSA board members Feb. 19 unanimously passed a resolution to raise the rates so the authority can apply for the $3 million grant.
