Coonhunters set June 9 night hunt
The Jackson County Coonhunters Association will hold a United Kennel Club licensed night hunt and bench show on Friday, June 9.
The deadline to enter the bench show is 7 p.m. Participants have until 9 p.m. to register for the night hunt.
The events will be held at the clubhouse located above the Recycling Center on Mineral Springs Drive, (above T&S Hardwood) in Sylva.
All UKC licensed coonhounds are eligible to compete for trophies and championship points.
Dinner will be available from the kitchen located at the clubhouse before the hunt begins.
