Easter parade

Hats were on display all over Dillsboro Saturday for the merchants’ Easter Hat Parade. Though this year’s crowd was down slightly, organizer Brenda Anders termed the annual event a success and said some 20 prizes were awarded for various special hats and bonnets. – Herald photo by Kelly Timco.
