MOWING OF ADDIE CEMETERY
The mowing schedule will begin on April 1, 2006, and will end on approximately October 31, 2006. Services will include the mowing and trimming every other week (twice monthly) of all common areas of the cemetery and gravesites and trimming around all headstones.
Upon award of such services, the successful bidder will be required to submit monthly invoices for said services for payment to the Treasurer of Buff Creek Baptist Church prior to the 15th day of each month for the preceding month’s services. In addition, upon completion of each scheduled mowing, the successful bidder will be required to contact the Treasurer by telephone to confirm completion of each scheduled mowing. Failure to call confirming completion of services will result in non-payment for said service for the period not confirmed.
