 Center dedicated to mayor - The Fairview Head Start Center was dedicated in honor of Sylva Mayor Brenda Oliver last Friday (Jan. 27). Oliver has served as the chairman of Mountain Projects, the sponsoring agency for Head Start, since 1999.
