General Notice
Qualla Housing Authority (QHA), the housing agency of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, a federally recognized Indian Tribe is advertising a request for proposals from Qualified
Contractors who, acting as Independent Contractors, will provide all labor, material and equipment necessary for the Slope Repair of Three (3) existing sites which are occupied with modular houses and developed in a cluster type situation.
The homes under this RFP are located on Elmer Drive of the Bertha Saunooke Heights housing project off of Highway 19 South in Swain County on the Cherokee Indian Reservation, North Carolina and to be identified by Qualla Housing Authority.
Proposals must be received on or before 2:00 p.m. January 3 1.2006 at the QHA Warehouse located on 2234 Old Mission Road, Cherokee, North Carolina, 2871 9.
A mandatory pre bid conference will be held on Thursday, January 19.2006 at 2:00 pm in the conference room of the Qualla Housing Authority, located on 687 Acquoni Road, Cherokee NC.
