Methodist mission
Sylva First United Methodist Church Pastor Paul Christy, right, helps Samir Salihovic, top left, raise the frame of a barn for Salihovic’s family during a mission trip to Bosnia-Herzegovina. The mission team, which included Methodists from Sylva and Cullowhee, spent 16 days in the country, where they built barns and donated cows to two families displaced by civil war.
