Bids must be received in a sealed envelope and marked on the outside of the envelope which vehicle the bid is for. The bids will need to include the name and telephone number of the bidder. TWSA will notify the winning bidders by phone and make arrangements for payment. TWSA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Bid packages will be available September 19, 2005 through September 23, 2005 at the office of the County Manager or office of Community Development between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Bids will be opened and read aloud Friday, September 30, 2005 at 9:00 AM in the County Manager’s Conference Room A209, 399 Grindstaff Cove Road, Sylva, North Carolina.
