JACKSON COUNTY is recruiting for the position of an Erosion Control Code Enforcement Officer. An employee in this class under limited supervision performs inspections and environmental control work in the County's Planning Department. Work involves reviewing erosion control plans, performing field inspections, investigating complaints and suspected violations, and enforcing codes and ordinances. The employee is also responsible for maintaining various data and records to compile reports as required by the County and the State.
