Starting at dusk, merchants will set more than 2,500 luminary candles on their sidewalks, then offer holiday treats to visitors while a variety of entertainers perform around town. Dillsboro leaders disagree over theater - Dillsboro town leaders Monday night (Dec. 6) argued over a letter of intent that would allow Kudzu Players to apply for grants to build a new theater in the town.
