Downtown art tour to be Saturday
Several downtown art venues will combine to offer a Sylva Gallery Walk Saturday, Dec. 4, from 5–7 p.m. Participating galleries will include It's by Nature, featuring watercolors by Cullowhee artists Craig Forrest and Susan Lingg and nature photography by Larry Tucker of Sylva; Spring Street Cafe, oil paintings by Ryan Ford and Jeremy Russell; Penumbra Gallery and Studio, photos by Matthew Turlington; and Gallery One, paintings by Jack Stern, including Tuckaseigee River, above. Worldly Possessions to Lift the Spirit and Annie's Bakery will also be open as part of the event.
