Turkey, friends to perform
Practicing for Cullowhee Valley School's annual production of The First Thanksgiving are kindergarten students, from left, (front row) Haley Gordineer, Triston Broderick, (middle row) Cody Carpenter, Tessa Davis, (back row) Gabe Frady, Patrick Moses, Kylie Collins and Eric Aquillion. The play is a joint effort of all four kindergarten classes and will be presented Friday, Nov. 19, in the school gym. Kindergarten teachers Sophie Gatensby, Penny Graham, Cynthia McGee and Debbi Madill, along with school music teacher Katee Johnson, will direct the production.
