Making a splash

Three and four-year-olds at Webster Child Development Center discover there’s nothing better on a hot July afternoon than a cool romp in the water. Instructors, from left, Heather Taylor and Lynda Messier hooked up a hose and let the children splash around and fill their plastic buckets full of water as a way to beat the summer heat.
