Indian dancers
Western Carolina University will host an evening of international song, dance and cultural heritage Tuesday, July 20, as part of the 21st annual Folkmoot USA festival. Dancers from India (above) will be featured along with groups from Mexico and Turkey during the 7:30 p.m. performance in Coulter Building’s recital hall. Tickets are available from the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce, 586-2155, or on campus from 227-7494 or 227-3440. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under.
