Grand Jury indicts Buckley, Duls in Rule's murder

Two Sylva men, already facing charges for attempted murder, have been indicated in connection with the death of Lynn Rule.

The Jackson County Grand Jury returned true bills of indictment Monday against 24-year-old Jerad Marshall Buckley and 18-year-old Joshua Moore Duls.
